We do not do the female thread to male fitting as JSMC wants. I would advise getting it from Pure Freedom if you want it all from one place  ;)

My Question is why do you not stock this Alex ? as there are loads of people using these fittings  ::) me for one, but do have loads of different taps from mis information on this site but gone back to what works well

Most of what we stock is because I have either used it or see the need for it in a WFP set-up. This is not being dogmatic it's just how the business has developed. I personally would not use the type of set-up from PF (valve with male tail) so have never stocked them. Personally I would never put a valve on the end of the Microbore either, but we started stocking them for those that asked for it. The valves we stock have female ports so we should probably start stocking the tails with male threads (in fact I saw one on the shelf this week).

I always use a female shut-off on the end of the Microbore and a male tail on the end of the pole hose. I then have a small lightweight push-fit shut off valve on the pole hose.

I will look into stocking the female-male tail fittings though as they are easy for us to get in stock.

That's cool, Purefreedom has got a online shop now too.

I must admit, Gardiners have got almost everything, and I order pretty much everything off them now, apart from having the best stuff, I like to support them in their business, they do a lot of good work, and they really push the industry to higher levels. One or two bits and pieces I sometimes get from different shops, mostly my traditional tools.
