yes you do have a VERY valid point of course it should be made a legal requirement just like it is in Scotland.
But its not for everywhere else...
So its up to the
customer, to ensure their window cleaner is insured. Besides legally if a WC dropped his ladder on a OAP's head, that OAP's family can claim off the persons home public liability insurance who is using the window cleaner if he was working on their property at the time, as they are liable too!
