Feedback please

Anyone of you more experienced guys fancy giving me a little feedback on my site.

I am not sure about all the intro on me, it spells out that I am a small independent on one hand, but on the other hand it gives customers or potential ones someone that is prepared to be accountable.

Here's my two penneth.

My first impression is, well it's different.

And I think that's a good thing. I like your boxed statement for the demo and personally I would make this the main thing at the top. Like the logo but don't like the outline thing on the right.

Have you got a picture of you smiling? :)

Looks good apart from Begian Wilton photo doesn't really do anything, ie not much contrast in the photo. I think you would be better off with a really dirty plain carpet with a cleaned area really standing out.
The hard part of websites is getting them up the search engines.

You have a low moisture cleaning system but prefer the HWE............. well OK

but whos going to "buy" the LM system of clean

I wuold have been saying something like

I use a conventional hot water extraction machine which most carpet manufacturers prefer, and my truck mounted machine is extremely efficient.
However, clients who need their carpets to be dry very quickly, I can offer a safe but very efficient low moisture carpet cleaning system.

Generally, try to cut down on the words used to highlight something, but there is nothing wrong to repeat a feature you want to highlight.

Re Stain removal - I much prefer the term  stain treatment - cause as you know not every stain will remove but you can treat every stain with removal in mind.
