so you fit the di vessels after the pump on the van and that pushes the water through the vessel and purifies it on the way through, i had assumed th di vessels would be before the tank and purified water would be pumped straight into the tank. does this not put extra pressure on the pump and will a 100psi pump be ok for 2 users both with 100 mtrs microbore.

for the first part of your question- Yes.
the di vessels can go before tank but it would take much longer to fill the tank as just a steady flow goes through them, much quicker & easier to put them after pump.
I have a 65psi pump (my set up as explained above), its over 3 years old & has never let me down & is still working perfectly to this day. :D
I cant answer your question on a 100psi pump with microbore.
