for one man - myself-

one big factor i consider when quoting jobs like this is how rich the owners are, i would want 150 minimum for 9 hours work anyway, but upon arrival seeing their wealth as you've described i would up that to 200 minimum. i would be playing it by ear, sussing them out as i walked round the house or when speaking to them, trying to get a feel as to what price i think i could get away with (without being silly here). then with this info on-board i would quote just that- the absolute maximum that i thought they would accept (bearing in mind that 200 was already set as the minimum).
they may even want to barter (had it before) but at the end of the day as long as it didn't go below 200 i would still be happy in the knowlage that i tried for more. ;) ;)

most of my days are the same as steve k, no busting a gut good prices good jobs and good payers thats what its all about, who wants to bust a gut for less than £100 a day as remember you have to cover lost days out of that. I tend to work on doing 100 a day as earnings and the rest just becomes sickness and holiday moneyand has worked really well for me so far, even managing to take jan off from domestic work which was great, cheers all
