no near leamington but i have work from warwick to bedford, luton and hemel, so MK is fairly central

no real gossip just hard work round here! on the domestic and commercial, lots of competition but can just scrape a living out of it  ;)

I also have a lot of work in Bedford and Northampton, got any Bedford work you wish to get shot of?! ;)

well it all seems sewn up, i know its concrete central! i know of one local company that have a lot of the large glass buildings but i'm yet to crack it, seems like most of it is down to contract cleaners and then subbed out.

dont want to step on toes, but there does seem to be a lot a window cleaners in MK (Looking at Yell.Com) but are there lots of Reach & Wash professional firms like you?

In Leamington its about 3 local companies and thats your lot!

do you target domestic or commercial?

Im in that difficult situation where i could grow the company but not sure... we are thinking of moving to Spain (parents live there)

i can think of around 8 decent looking outfits off the top of my head but there may be more, to be quite honest most of our work is elsewhere, MK is very hard but we do have a loyal customer base. If your off and you get rid of any work then let us know maybe something we can do!

Cheers Steve, Im interested in a very specific type of client and MK offers only a few.
We may pay a visit in April... warmer weather etc etc!
I will keep you posted re:Spain!
Let me know if there is anything I can do as a courtesy to you when we visit MK.
