Thomas,

It is just the complete pole kits that have a two week wait (we have such a turnover of poles sales that we have to allow that to schedule assembly into the production line).

The spares have a 2 day turnaround as long as they are in stock, which they usually are.

You will find that you do not need quite as long a pole as usual when using a Super-Lite, as you caneasily reach that little bit higher with no strain. On one commercial contract I went from using a 45ft Universal at full reach to using the Super-Lite at just 40ft, and it was far easier to work with.

the facelifts are also modular (in a sense) arn't they?
the sections just slip off each other, so, the facelift pole can be dismounted in no time at all, meaning- if you buy for example a 44ft pole it can be used as a 30ft pole or whatever (providing you buy or addapt some kind of base protection).
even the water pipe can be easily shortend via some JG-speedfit push in connectors. (all the above works as i've done it)

Hi Thomas,

It was only the 12 trial versions that had the problem of 'jamming'. With the help of our 'test pilots' we came up with an addition to the sections which completely resolves the separation issues, also as you mentioned each male section comes pretreated now with a coating which also makes taking apart much simpler, it really is quite easy to separate the sections.

Any of our 'Test Pilots' who had one of the 12 test poles can simply return their poles to us and for £30 we will modify all the sections and Insulate the bottom section to protect from risk of Electrocution! if required.

Easyclean thanks with your feedback and help on the development of these poles your input was of great value.

Used it for the first time today and it is lighter than my 3x4 extender. A job I used to dread, standing on a step ladder with a 30' glass fibre Universal fully extended is now a piece of cake.

It does seem fragile though. Just nned to take of I suppose.

Hi Thomas,

As long as it not too windy!

I regularly walk my 45ft pole around between windows and it is really very easy to do. The pole has to be tried to be believed.

Hi TDW,

yes it does need to be treated with care, but if you do so it will reward you with years of easy cleaning.

At 45ft you would be amazed at the pressure that is automatically applied, the brush that has been chosen for this system has exactly the right bristle density to provide a very good 'scrub' to the glass.
