Good question this i have tried many M/S from many companys and i always get the same results............ rubbish.
i have always gone by the instructions but never got the same results with chemicals will be interested to hear other views.

Fibrefresh, dont know if your the same Fibrefresh from Wrexham way but if so I live near Prestatyn and use m/s for about 80% of my work with great results.
Would be more than happy for you to spend a couple of hours with me.
