We clean EVERY window. (don't skip frosted glass)
We are quite happy if you say leave it this time. (we don't slag them off and go off in a huff never to be seen again)
We don't mind if your gates locked, in fact we actively encourage customers to leave them locked.
We don't try to clean 30 house a day with wfp, we actually find it takes longer with the pole.

Ok, I'll bite. Why would you encourage your customers to leave their gate locked?

Customer "Do you know what we like about you Ian ?"

eeerrr No

Customer "You turn up every month, do a through job and are polite and pleasant"

Not a USP as such more of a minimum standard really  :)

Like Ive said before ..... Good customers deserve good window cleaners ... all goes wrong when good window cleaners get bad customers and likewise good customers get bad window cleaners  :)

Where would we be without bad window cleaners, I know if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have
got off the ground.
