ive just got a new build near me so off i went poped flyers in, bingo .i put the price on. but went in realy cheap they were 10 quid jobs all day long but i priced at 7.i was mobed with calls .i found out that a windy was charging £12.50 a pop..before any one says i was under cutting .i hadent got a clue what the other guy was charging. i make apoint of going in low on new builds untill it quietens down .it has already been canvassed 4 or more times already but ive managed to hang on to all my custys so im gonna bide my time and put up the price.ive been doing them for about 4 months got to know some quite well. it apeares that the top price started @£12.50 -£9.00- £8.00 then me £7 so if any body whants to do it for less they are wellcome ; ;D i think i have the lions share at the moment.

I hate new housing estates as they all think they're flash when they're up to their necks on credit watching their bank statements, too much cheap competition from so many newbies, etc. Having said that I have 6 townhouses I do on one estate, not looking for anymore so price high on them and I still pick up on them when really I'd love to ditch them as Im not keen on pokey little 3st town houses with tiny side alleyways, difficult to reach windows with stupid Juliet windows. The only reason I do them is because they all pay by bank transfer and are all next door to each other, gripe over :)
