I use this server based software, you can subscribe for 60 per annum, or 15 per month if you want their auto payments set up
Also if you lose the pad, it don't matter, log on from any computer, all data stored on central server

Just to let you know that our software works on the iPad.  As it is web-based, you can also have someone in the office view the same information at the same time as well.  There's loads of other benefits to the software, but this isn't the place for an advert!
