Management of it is exactly the same as for the windows, we have them on George.

As for collecting, we don't do it, same as for windows, they pay on the door, send a cheque or pay on line.  A lot of them actually pay up front for the next 12 months.  I offer a "Pay for 12 get 13" deal which is basically a full years worth of cleaning.

We could probably do more than 230, most of the time lost is waiting for the f**king bin men, they keep changing their round and one driver deliberatly goes to a different street if he sees us waiting!!

That sounds like my day Ian  - I try to stay friends with them and they're not too bad, but do sometimes have a few choice names for them  ;D I'm not doing anything like 230 a day! That is seriously good going, even for 2 blokes. No wonder you're the king of North Northumberland.

Re collecting, I always ask for 5 cleans up front and this lasts for about 3 months for most customers. A few pay yearly but most do the 5 cleans and that works. Keep all the info on a spreadsheet.
