Hard flooring

How do I access frequency needed to strip seal and polish hard flooring and how do I work out the pricing for such a job in a commercial building. Can any one help me please. ???

First, you do not always need to strip, neutralise and reseal, sometimes a quick clean and either burnish or a new coat of seal will do it.


But to strip,neutralise and one coat of sealer:- £3.50 m2

All of the above but two coats of sealer:- £4.00-£4.50 m2
