Well done mate. A short day going by the time you were posting this afternoon. I think you earnt an early finish. How much do you think you raised in the end?

andy

iwas starting to struggle at about 1.30,finding it hard to lifted me legs to climb on the step to the houses. ;D :'( :'( :'(

so we called it a day

but then went out on the bike for a slow ride around the lake of 26miles to try and get the stiffness out the legs.mad i know but recover runs/cycles are part of the training

total rised so far and money stil coming in is £2600 at last count but think it somewhere round 2.7 ;) :P

Fantastic. Thats more than you set out for isn't it? I can't run more than 400 yds without pain in my knees. Bloody annoying really cause I was late for the pub on friday and had to fast walk.
Do you think you'll do anymore marathons? There's a guy in my village has done about 20 around the world. He looks as though he's going to trip over his own feet when he runs, it's hard to believe he does 26 miles.

over a bit from me but you will have some great views. I do all of that area when we're out greenlaneing. Did a enduro in cirencester deer park once. One morning we were all pulling wheelies down a lane outside tetbury and nearly landed on prince charles bonnet as he came round the corner.
Have fun.
