brodex custy service is absolutely appaling but as mentioned above the alloy pole will last years had an 24ft hxtel pole after 12 months chucked down tip you need to replacing clamp levers and bands every 3 months added cost on original price paid sections wear down £240 I paid not worth the money , Brodex hydra alloy 12 months old still going strong £130 i think i paid , also i understand you need to maintain the slx by stripping it down cleaning it spraying sections with ptfe spray how long does the slx last
