i have flushed for about 30 mins it went from 115 to 10 and as stayed at that level if i can use the water at that level i will for now and purchase a second di in the coming weeks and install in the van

my concern was "can i use the water at that ppm"

Bob 10 should be ok but it would be nice if you can get 0.
As Franky says, unscrew all fliters and check they are all ok.
Take a reading of the water after RO only, if its coming out at 10 then the trouble is with the di vessel.
I had this prob a couple weeks back, it kept coming out at 13 after DI, stupid me screwed the cylinder the wrong way round ie it was upside down

The resin should get it down to 000ppm if not get a bigger resin vessel.

Test the ppm after RO but before resin.

Needs new resin.... 007 is ok to use. Just changed mine over and it was at 011.

Order some new resin in the morning.  Twin di vessels will save you £££.

Since using twin di, my resin change has gone from 2 weeks to 3 & 1/2
