Seems we have some dodgy window cleaners here in Gloucester then. I Know exactly who you mean they clean a few houses near me i got chatting to a couple of guys who work for this company and they didnt seem to give a damn about their standards as they were on very poor money , didnt have a nice word to say about the boss either who just gave them a list of jobs at beginning of the day and came back when they were done.
 Have not had any problems with them personally as all my work is out in the Cotswolds (stroud valleys).

just an update on this post i started: they are getting worse!

picked up another 3 of their customers - i know have to warn the customer about there previous customer.

one old lady said she told his staff please dont come anymore you keep missing windows and have damaged my gate, just been told he rang her up that night and had a right go at her!

said - what do you mean you are cancelling my window cleaning!
you wont find another wc!
you have a big conservatory so my price is the best!

according to the customer he was shouting down the phone at her.
