Cleaning a couple of large posh houses yesterday, when a pair of likely lads walk past with their attack dogs on strings.
Meathead one: 'I'd rather be on the dole than clean windows'
Meathead two: 'Yeah' and looks gormlessly up at the pole.
I was so stunned I didn't say anything, which is probably a good thing, as I might have broken my no swearing and no attacking people with a hammer rule. ;D ;D
I was annoyed for a minute and then felt pleased.
The less muppets there are, the more dosh for me!
So as I collected my £47 I smiled quietly to myself.

They probably are on the dole.
-
I think you could add almost every line of work known to man that these guys would choose the dole over.
-

Yes and the DSS read forums, and as you have not hidden your e-mail address, its easy, I know the man next door to me works for them and tells me all how they catch people, its very funny, the stupidity of some people, you can tell if hes on the dole, as he will reply only joking, lol

I really was still on the dole during my first few weeks of window cleaning. It was legal too and I declared it to them.

Next time just reply-
"Yeah, Me too. The trouble is, the dole doesn't pay me £200 a day but hey, somebody's got to do it" ;)

It does according to last week's news papers, providing you have seven kids and can't speak welsh. You also have to "suffer" from a bad back and depression apparently. They were being given far more than most of us on here are earning, bloody crazy.
Now lets get this poxy labour government out so the lazy sods have to get a job - or sell a few of the kids ::)

I like that one but, I'm sort of pleased everyone thinks it's a crap job, keeps the number of windys down a little bit.
It's like that thing in the film where they say it's glorified begging, fine think that if you like, suits me if people think so
