Usually pop home for half an hour. If the Mrs is in a good mood I might not get back out 'till the kids finish school  ;)

Eat a massive "Full English " in the NAAFI Max if we have the option. Otherwise, stuff face full before going to work. Only do 4/5 hour days, so eat again when we get home.

The first time I cleaned a ford showroom in Leicester I had a meal in the subsidised canteen in the college across the road before I started to clean, once I finished it couldnt move for about 40 minutes, steak and kidney pie, roast spuds and veg then a sponge cake with custard, thought it was a bargain at £2.20 lol
Learned a valuable lesson lol

funny, when you work for someone else you take every last minute of your breaks,
but when you work for yourself you forget. :D

If your working 7-8 hours in a day you realy should have a 30 min break, probably be better for it.
I'm mostly doing cleaning in the morning and canvasing later on so I probably have an hour or more between

Depending where I am I usually go into Morrisons or Tesco to use the toilet and buy a sandwich at the same time. Then sit in the car park and eat it.

Will come home for a up of tea if local, otherwise i very rarely take them. I find it takes an hour or 2 to get back upto speed.
I would rather come home early.
