Title: explaining wfp letters to customer were to get them?

Keep on working like its the most normal thing in the world,.. if someone asks tell them you would have got the new kit ages ago "But its very expensive",.. and that you're delighted to be off those deadly dangerous & highly illegal ladders now. ;)

as Nat says, just use it, if they ask, tell them it's guaranteed, If they're not happy you'll fix it.

The first batch of 2010 member packs will go out tomorrow. The decals only arrived with me about 15 minutes ago,... they were promised for 2 weeks ago.

left hand side gives the benefits of joining the guild, and you get stickers :o
