Title: painfull knees

Is this a common prob with wc just that I know another wc that had to have an opp to sort his out . its worse when do bungalows all day being a short ar** I have to use a box to reach top of glass .any advice apart from stilts or grow

i use a pair of step ladders with 3 treads for bungs,looks more proffesional and saves streching,sometimes find i get sore knees on ladder if resting them on a rung,so ikeep them off the rung

ladders not so much of a problem I use a step box as its easy to keep spare scrim in rather than pockets

Just wondering what you mean mate,

Have you got standard window cleaning pockets for your scrim?

no use one of those jackets with with loads of differant pockets eg mobile phone wallet pockets etc but have a step box that I carry extra scrim in use wfp mostly on houses odd few with ladder is ok but seems to be worse when doing bungalows or ground floor just wondered if its a common prob with knee joints

I had a bloke working for me once who had a milk crate in his van as part of his essential equipment.

He was a short a**e too ;D

Stretching the hamstrings (touch your toes) and deep squats will stop this.

Wash yer feet, use a cheese grater for your bunions and cut your toenails before they curl under!
