Post by: Ladders on January 29, 2017, 05:36:37 pm

Hate the things. That and corners of flags or bit gaps in the corner of walls, just enough for the hose to jam. Boils my blood at times

Car tyres are pretty good at the instant stop too.....and I still do it even though I know it's going to do it.
Rose bushes are a pain too and plant pots you pull over.

If you turn the bin round so your not pulling your hose over the wheels you'll have less problems,I find the best thing to do is pull enough hose out first so it's slack when your pulling it round corners there's less chance of it getting snagged I find.

Round my way most properties have one green bin per house for recycling of food items. No one wants them in their garden so they are all in the alleyways. Like you say, a major pain. However, recently the local council has proposed three more per household for recycling of various materials. I was like, noooooooooooo

I'm surprised that no one has said dog poo. Is there anything worse than cleaning it off hoses?

If its just the one pile i can work round that, but my customers who dont seem to care how many times the dog goes in garden before they shift it. I text them 2 days before im due for them to shift it. If the garden is still full of it when i turn up, it doesnt get done.
