One trick I learned from marketing is to only use "you" and "your" rather than "we" or "I" as then when the reader reads it they automatically think about the benefits to themselves rather than someone they dont know.

For eg. Questions You May ask Yourself

"What happens if they damage my property?"
To give you peace of mind, you will be pleased to know that, Iconics window scrubbers carry £5 million worth of Public Liability. Your property, your family and visitors are all covered with a comperhensive Industry specific insurance.

This is the sort of thing I mean

"Mmmm...my inside windows look dirty too."

You take pride in your house, so why just pay for half a job. In no time you can have perfectly clean windows on both sides of the glass. Just ask for a quote

Sunshine - I like the look of your bill.

Cheers Mike, I guess it is like everything else they evolve as time goes on and as with my setup it works for me. If at some point it doesn't I'm not afraid to try something new.

"Do you get wet when it rains?"

Thank you for your concern. In order to keep your windows at there best you will receive one visit once every month/4/6/8weeks. No doubt you don't want dirty windows when your friends call by unexpectedly. For this reason your windows will be cleaned in all but the worst weather. Because you have chosen a professional window cleaning company you never need to wory about the quality of work. Quality is guaranteed!

This says what you want to say about regularity and wet weather work.
