i recently changed van from swb trafic to a mwb citren relay o7 L2 H2 (new shape) and havng the extra space is fantastic bit wider and longer but pros out weigh the cons wouldnt touch a renault again as long as i live heap of Cr**. the relay is comfortable well equiped economical and looks great.
before i put tm in i painted the ply sides in white bathroom paint ( wipes clean) and bought some protectacote from restormate in blue o put on floor and sides to wheel arches non slip and water proof looks the biz.

Iv'e got a hydramaster spitfire and 500 litre fresh water tank mounted in a mwb renault master without any problems with weight. I think the weight of machine and tanks empty is around 300kgs. With water tank full 700 to 800kgs.

is there much room left in the van after you've got all that in there??
-
a lot more than i used to have lol
-
Yes plenty of room i have racking either side, then a ninja, host machine 2 stainless sprayers, downdraft fan, hoses, they only thing i have'nt done yet is mount a hose reel. It fits in just and enough room to get the portable in/out.
Mark.

it is a 50 ft length for the airflex when i do flats or jobs i cant do with the tm. i evenhave a little 12 v fridge in the bac now to keep my lunch cool there is a 12v cigy port by the back door.

Where did you get the yellow ramp from? As I'm new to the tm world still trying to find new places to order things from
-
the ramp i bought sec hand buts its a hydramaster one .

I've got a Master LWB and had the Movano version before that. One of the best things about it is that it is front wheel drive and so the floor at the back is low making it easy to get equipment in and out. they are in my view a fantastic van, powerful, comfortable and quiet.

i bought mine from woodbridge comes with solution reel too but took it off and had it mounted on the blk head

Hi Richard a impresive set up, do you mind me asking how much did the Hydromaster set you back and what sort of cost was it to kit out the van?
-
Stacks of room in the master for t/m and loads of other gear and as already stated by Simon the low floor makes it a doddle to load and unload, My honda pressure washer I previously had to use ramps on with a sprinter , now its a case of just lifting on to edge of van and loading straight in.
The only drawback with the master imo is the limited turning circle compared to a sprinter.

Richard,
Is that a standard sized reel, I looked at putting my reel over the wheel arch but mine appears to be wider than yours.
I've the same van as yourself and the extra room would be more than useful.
What length of hose do you carry (on photos)

just a standard reel from woodbridge had a solution reel on the side but cut it off along with the live port to reduce the width. mounted the sol reel on the bulkhead on a stainless steel plate. obviously you need to extend wheel arch boxing to fit reel. i carry 200ft normally
if you want a custom hose reel hydramaster will do them for you so i believe.

Just a slight warning, the people I bought my tranny and TM from had there ramp hanging from their nearside rear door as well just like you and in the end the hinges went because of the constant weight and bouncing around.
