Best of luck  ;) ;) , The first thing they said to me was they will get back to me when they have looked into it nothing happened until i phoned them back then they said i was now been charged the UK average price .

Which despite on the invoice it states the price per litre excluding vat which was the price i  was emailed the way in which they did their calculations on invoice the total always meant i was been over charged .

I have a BP garage less than 5 minutes from my house  i no longer see the point they promise you a good price to start with then because changes in oil prices etc  the prices go up .

It was good to have an invoice rather than a small till receipt but the savings can almost be wiped out by the annual card fee in the end i worked out on my usage i was probably saving about £25 a year . Mike

They waived the annual fee and the set up fee. I have stopped their direct debit and will not pay until they credit me the difference. It is only pennies but it is the principal.

Dieselpoint tried similar but always fixed it with one phone call. The reason I switched was that ukfuels can be used in more places. I will switch back if they keep playing silly buggers.

They have charged me 0.02 ppl more than the pump price. Which is 5.02 ppl more than their advised price. Apparently my 'account manager' is in a 'meeting'. Set of effing bandits.

Dieselpoint were also bandits. At least my account manager there isn't a coward.

I have been offered stuff like his before but I only have one van and I could always better the deal offered.  I have two big supermarkets near me that sell fuel so the clubcard or nectar points help and there are often other discounts too.  The best deal I ever had was from Tesco.  They offered 10p per litre off if you bought a particular bag of coffee for about £7.  They allowed 5 vouchers per transaction.  So I spent 5 x £7 on coffee (£35) and then put 85 litres of diesel in (85 x 50p discount).  So £35 spent on coffee.  £42.50 discount on fuel.  They effectively paid me £7.50 to take their coffee away.  It was a brand that I like and would normally buy.  It lasted me a very long time.
Cheers Tesco !

I had the call from UKFuels yesterday.
Was gonna go for it until I read this thread.

Sidebar:
Does anyone KNOW the (indeed if there is any) difference between supermarket fuel, branded (eg BP or something) and 'ultimate' diesel?
Not petrol, I can see the octane changes.
Just diesel.

Apparently their is additional additives in  standard BP diesel etc , I know of 3 people who only ever filled up with supermarket diesel and have had to replace injectors which was down to crap diesel . Mike

New Tesco offer: for every £50 you spend in their shops or delivered, you get 2p per litre. It add s up over the month to a maximum of 20p per litre.  All run via Clubcard.

Details, Ts & Cs etc but worth it if you usually shop there.  I could end up with £13 off a tank the way we use Tesco.

supermarkets have had the additives taken out at the refinery, hence a few pence less
the branded fuel, shell,bp etc have the additive added at the refinery

We run 9 vehicles and they each have KEYFUEL cards, we pay a fixed price per litre at any garage that accepts the cards, regardless of their pump price, the price is emailed each week to us.

This week we are paying £1.09/ltr +vat (£1:308) which is about 5p cheaper that the supermarkets around us.

Managed to get UKFUELS sorted. A phonecall to the line manager and everything sorted.

If any of you fancy taking on a fuelcard beware you need to be on your toes but there is money to be saved. It is all well and good fannying around with discount coupons from Tesco but that is hardly a long term money saving strategy for a business.

Oh, and if you do go for one let me know and I will recommend you and get a discount coupon.  ;D
