Something that I didnt take note off when I looked into it, is the fact that it works better on a 4g network.
I would spend ages at a clients door trying to get it to work and look totally unprofessional and yet at other times it would work really fast. So I phoned the helpline to have a pop really. But I was told my phone was fine it just needed to work in a 4g area.
So i needed to upgrade my phone for all the business apps plus personal stuff. So now I have no problems with it, but Im not sure if that detail is on the information about it.
