hi guys, im selling up  :( ive got a really well established wc round.
some of the work has been done for about 10/11 years, some 5/6years.
all very good work & some real cream  ;)

without the spaces.

otherwise spam filters like google etc... picks up the mail and end up with a load of junk.

its doin about £19,000 ayear

most cleans r every 4weeks.

it is mostly domestic, i have 3small offices that i do, on a rather large industrial est.

im askin £8500.

it will take 1 guy 5/6 days tops or 2guys 4days. good prices range from £9 up to £70.

there is about 100 custys in total.

the work is all within a 20mile radius of halstead.

i will introduce the new owner 2all the custys, plus it will give me a chance 2thank them
all 4there custom & staying with me through my hard time with my back.  ;)
there is also alot that can be added 2the work ie; gutters & cony roofs etc...
all things ive not really gone in2 because of my back.

paul employ someone to do it an then canvass more mate, it will give you some income then, you know its the right thing everyone on here will will help with advice on the whole thing

How's the sale going.
After giving it a lot of thought, I have decided that Halstead is a bit too far to go for houses, as I am in Copthorne, West Sussex = about 84 mile away :(
