Think you'll struggle to get that mate, i know someone who got rid of his in a similiar condition and only got £500. Second hand prices on these type of things not good, especially when there are just as good machines out there that you can get new for the money your mate is looking for.

I have never found a better Mono Rotary Machine on the Market than a Klindex Rocky.  So can you tell me which machine that is on the maket which matches the Rocky specification for that money?  £500 for a used Rocky I wish your mate had phoned me or I knew about it because I would have bought it in a flash for that price!  Don't forget when you are pricing up other machines that the Rocky is:

  Steve thanks for your input  but as i said it's not mine so that i'm not bothered what he gets for it. It's virtually new and i said i'll put in here just in case someone was thinking of buying a new one. They don't come up used very often so they would hold their price better than most.

I think he may stand a chance because for someone not VAT Registered it is a cheap machine the saving for someone not VAT registered is £274 over 25% off new price.  I think if he definately wants it gone get him to mark it down to £750! That would be over 30% off list!  An absolute bargain for anyone not registered for VAT it should fly out.  Just my thoughts!!!
