GoCardless Question

Have recently got a gocardless page on my website for customers to set up a direct debit, but the problem is when the do set up through my website it only shows their name and email address on my side and i dont know which customer its from especially eastern European and customers with same surnames, Which means i have to email them back and ask for address which sometimes takes them a few days to reply. So my question is, is there another way which makes it easier for me to identify them? Can i get them to put there address in when signing up which shows on my end? Could of swore i seen this on someone elses website before?

They probably use cleaner planner if shows on their website.  It's a bit of code linked with go card less so you can see who's set it up.
