I eat before i go to bed (usually cottage cheese and peanut butter)and then have a bowl of oatmeal in the morning with milk, banana, blueberries, flaxseed followed by 4 boiled eggs.tea and coffee.

this keeps me going til lunchtime.

i need at least 2 hours chill out in the morning before i go to work so im normally up at 630am-7pm and start at 9am-930am.im normally home again by 4pm.sometimes earlier. ;)

I've just popped home as I'm working around the corner. Cheese on toast and the first thing I have eaten today. Skip breakfast altogether that saves some time  :)

Get up earlier, you will lose a lot more over the working day by not keeping your energy levels topped up.

For yrs now, my routine is taking kids to school (start at 8.50) then sttaight to one of two cafes. I either have a large cooked breakfast at one or a pork melt sandwhich and chips at the other. Depending which rounds im working. Then straight to work, work through to 5pm, where i knock off n go home for family tea in evening. Either collecting or spending time with family.
Yep, im a healthy chap, been doing this on/off for atleast past 5 yrs. Because it fills you, im not snacking all day or even in evening.

Low Fat/Salt Thick cut Bacon, 2 Eggs, Cooked tomato and spinach is my breakfast every day.  Keeps me going for most of the day, i usually then have a tuna/sardine Salad/Pasta which i also make whilst eating my breakfast.  Takes 10 mins prep for all of it when you get into a good routine :)
