4 scrambled eggs with a bit of chorizo on wholemeal toast, tea and coffee, piece of fruit.multivitamin/fish oil and glucosamine.this is the breakfast of a real champion this morning. ;) ;D

9am start.out of bed at 630am.

2 egg
2 bacon
2 (97% meat) sausages
Few spears of asparagus
Black coffee, no sugar.

'Tis the paleo way and is awesome!

Daz, did I read somewhere you're 17st@6'1?
Have you ever had your body fat measured?
I tried to get to 14st4 but failed miserably.
Getting back to lean now instead.

yep i am but im not fat either  but according to BMI index im obese. ::)roll

i work out at the gym 3 times a week(mainly weight training with a bit of cardio thrown in) too. :)

BMI is BS.
Have you had your body fat done?
I'm really getting into nutrition recently (last 6 months or so) loads of this side of things interests me.
Food to heal more than anything else tbh.

"Top Tip for an early start." not quite an early start now is it   ::)roll
I associate an early start being first light or silly o'clock during the night when it's still dark myself.

I'm pondering do I have breakfast or not now as I really should be gettting of my arse to go do a bit but to be honest I  just can't be bothered....Work that is.  ;D

I've only ever had it with milk but I'll try that.
If I can cram the shredded wheat into the tea pot, that is. I'd best wait 'til everbody's had a cup o'splosh first though.
I used to have Ready Brek but I couldn't stand that orange glow around my magnificent form following me around.
It was like being on Police, Camera, Action all the time.
