Hi Everyone I'm very new to cleaning and waiting for delivery of HWE machine and the rest of the kit
I notice on this forum that everyone seems to have individual quotation,invoice,contract,forms and people have to ask each individual for an email copy Is there anyone out there that has an editable template covering the legals and current laws that I / we could put our own company details on.
Also is there a template covering customers guarantees or frequently asked questions that are answered which we could leave at the quote stage. Hey I know this is a bit long winded but wouldn't it save us all time and potential problems.
Second point is there any carpet/upholstery cleaner in West Yorkshire ( far enough away so I wont threaten there business) I'm in North Yorkshire that is prepared to let me go out with them to experience the full procedure for carpet cleaning / upholstery cleaning I will gladly pay a reasonable amount.
