Hi there cleaners, are many of you cleaning leather suites and, if so, what sort of prices are you charging and what brand of chemicals are you using?

As before I advise caution when cleaning leather.  Be sure you are able to identify the type of leather and the finish that you are dealing with before any cleaning process is started.  Be certain of the results you are likely to achieve and pass this information to your customer.  Identifying the type of leather is crucial in order to understand the results that are likely to be achieved.

As far as 'chemicals' are concerned be sure to always test your products  before you start.  The best cleaners for leather are ones used as a foam.  These contain water and detergent.  Leather needs moisture to stop it from drying out and the foam means that the product sits longer on the surface giving the detergent chance to do its job.  Good protection of leather furniture makes it easier to clean the next time round.  Our Protection Cream forms a barrier allowing any spillages to sit on the surface for longer, making the cleaning process easier.
