All dried up now, and ready to kick some butt . . . . . got a mountain of gutter cleans, and a couple of drive cleans . . . oh and some window cleaning .          New lad is starting this week delivering our flyers, so will be interesting to see how he does

Glad to hear it as I know from experience having the runs is not nice especially if one sharts themselves

I have sciatica which kicks off every now an then ..... Over the weekend it propa kicked off an a 5 min job is taking me an hour, getting in an out the van is near impossible !!
Been doctors this morn an I will be high as a kite by dinner time !!!!
Ibuprofen 600mg
Naproxen 500mg
Co codamol 500mg
Diazepam 10mg

Oh am sore as a donkey today !!!

I was hoping he would say 2 x 5ml of vision 4 times a day would get me goin again !!!

I really feel for you mate, my wife suffers the same, and she has been on morphine !   She has had those injections in the back too, but only allowed three      Anyway had some seepage so back at home changing my underpants

Cortisone injections I no, and max of 3 ..... They are plastic pellets into the bottom of the back, I opted against for now and have had traction an bits, but wen it kicks off it's bad..... Feels like electric shocks through my bum and into my legs, causing the whole of the bottom of me back to tighten up .... I even struggle to wipe my back side   

Am just keen to get as many of these tablets down me neck that's safe to do so ........ Jobs need doing

Wife was on tramadol, but they bunged her up, she has thought about surgery but there is a risk of ending up in a wheelchair.
Told her she is no use to me in a wheelchair

Why not just put a 25ltr barrel under her chair wheel her to the glass and let her scrub away while you get the next barrel
ready.

It's trapped nerves or a slight movement in the bottom of ya back can kick it off, ibuprofen 600 do help I just got to get them round my system the rest are pain killers that I can still drive with. Anything above that and ya can't drive......
The doc offered me a morphine injection but am hoping to be back working in next hour or so, don't really like taking the co codamol, they make me constipated - ( which may help sort Samson out this afternoon )  but bung me up later on. And them diazepam ...... Last time the window kept moving when I was trying to clean it ........ So am not happy about them but hey oh just get rid of this pain.

My wife had the morphine patches, but she didn't like them as they made her feel spaced out !     I know a lad who is riddled with arhtritis who works every day with morphine patches

If ya can get past the start an get used to the morphine in ya system the patches are great for pain relieve, I do a lot of driving an even with the crap I take I feel light headed

my wife's doctor is brilliant, she is a specialist in pain relief  and has written a book.  She says if you are an emotional person you feel pain on a much higher level !

Biggest problem with pain is you cannot convey to another person the pain you are feeling.  Sometimes I have to be quite discerning with my wife's pain as she tries to hide it cos she doesn't like to cause a fuss.
