20 hp air cooled Honda GX620 petrol engine.  This engine is about 8 yrs old however it only done about 1500 hours max.  Removed it from a Hydramaster Crossfire 4.2


Roots 45 vac blower.  Good working order.  Removed from  Hydramaster Crossfire 4.2.  These blowers were also fitted to early Maxx 450D, Crossfire 4.2 & 4.4, Spitfire 4.0


Hydracell high pressure water pump. Good working order. Removed from  Hydramaster Crossfire 4.2. These pumps were fitted to the Crossfire 4.2 & 4.4.


Heat exchangers, Removed from  Hydramaster Crossfire 4.2.  Could easily adapted to fit other truckmounts.


Hydramaster Crossfire frame / chasis.


Waste tank.  fitted to Crossfire range. Dual vac ports


Prochem hose reel.  fits 200 - 250 vac / solution hose (hose not included)


2 inch vacuum hose.  Used but in good condition.


Prochem Cub XL, needs attention / TLC.  Its got a 16hp B&S engine, vac blower, high pressure water pump, heat exchanger.  Ideal buyer is someone with abit of time to spare.  Comes with waste tank.

Im hoping to get chance to have a look over the Cub XL this week.  I will have better idea then as to what needs doing to it.  To be honest it could do as been stripped down and rebuilding

Could you make a truckmount out of the cub parts, and what exactly needs rebuilt. Also what moneys in it?

Here is what is available regarding truckmount parts;

3 Prochem Cub XL frames with some wiring & hoses (1 needs scrapping really)
3 vac blowers as fitted to the Prochem Cub XL
2 water pumps (1 may need rebuilding) 1 is from a Cub the other unknown
2 engine exhaust heat exchangers from a Prochem Cub XL
1 working 16hp B&S air cooled engine
3 partially stripped engines (could be used for spares)
1 waste tank for a Prochem Cub XL
1 fresh water tank for a  Prochem Cub XL

1 Hydramaster Crossfire 4.2 frame with some wiring and most hoses
1 waste tank for a Hydramaster Crossfire 4.2 / 4.4
1 Honda 20hp air cooled engine as fitted to the Hydramaster Crossfire 4.2
1 Roots 45 vac blower as fitted to Hydramaster Brossfire 4.2 / 4.4,  Spitfire 4.0,  early Maxx 450D
1 set of heat exchangers (5) as fitted to Hydramaster Crossfire 4.2.

With all the parts that i have available im pretty sure you could build a decent running truckmount and still have spare parts.

Hi Simon,  off the top of my head i would say its about

80 - 100cm high
80 - 100cm deep
100 - 120 cm wide (that includes the solution reel thats bolted to it is in the link below).

Sorry Richie - the width is the problem.

Even allowing for the solution reel being able to go over the top of the wheel arch it leaves hardly any other storage space.
