JB, I contacted several UK insurance companies but none interested in ROI business. So much for the EU where we were lead to believe everything would be equal.

There's a vague recollection in my mind that in the EC all types of insurance is restricted within national borders, but there are moves a foot to change this. But I could be wrong ???

Safe and happy cleaning:)

Why dont some of us Irish carpet cleaners organise to meet somewhere and exchange ideas etc. At the moment there really is no organisation for us on the Island.

Scott, yes I know this forum is very useful but what I was thinking on was some sort of alliance between the independent carpet cleaners here, something which I think should work. I did two jobs in Stranorlar last week which is just over the bridge from Ballybofey as you will well know ,Scott.
Traffic  tail backs through the town still as bad as ever.
