NOTE - these pics were talken about 12 months ago.

As the gear has been mostly parked up and used as back up kit, its not as shiney and clean.   The diesel Lombardini pressure washer is not pictured as I have not had time to drag it out of the unit!  Hoperfully I will get a pic up soon.....or you can of course email me.

How long does the water last in the bowser when using lombardini ?

oh and just curious, with the new equipment did you opt for a van system this time rather than a small van and trailer/bowser ?

Regards

Hello Roy,

Well, .......thats almost impossible to gauge as it depends on the PSI you are using and subsequent draw off water flow.  Also, if you are using a rotary surface cleaner you use around twice as much water as you are employing two HP nozzles.

The tech spec is as follows -

Lombardini  15LD single cylinder pull start diesl engine unit.  6.7 Horse Power.

Cat 34 G HP Water Pump unit.  4 gallons (15 litre)  per mim / 100 to1800 p.s.i  (7 to 125 bar).  As you may know.....its the flow not the pressure that is vital in area cleaning & commercial pressure washing.

I think the Brendan Bowser is a 1000 litre unit.

Generally, if using a standard lance and 3/4 of max pressure you will possibly get a couple of hours of use before replenishing.  About an hour or so with a 400mmm surface cleaner.  The trick is to run a hose ( if possible ), to the bowser unit and have some form of constant top up as you work.

I have worked all morning without running out of water on general pressure washing, but one thing is for sure....this unit beats using a tap  by 1000%!!!

This equipment is not in "new" condition, rather its been worked on a fairly regular back up basis.  Its not "stuffed" but in its "working clothes" and ready to earn for your business.

I suppsose it could do with a lick of paint to make it all pretty, but its serviceable & safe.

In answer to your last question, as previously mentioned this kit was only purchased as back up gear.  In our first year of trading we thought ot prudent to have a second set but the reality is we never really had use for it and its just taking up valuable unit storage space.  As for the vehicle change, we were offered a good deal on a 4X4 and we decided on that.....however, it does not have half the storage as the Brava though !

Thank you for your interest.
