Can I ask what it is you are using as a protector on the end of your hose next to the tap. (the one you sold)

I use a tennis ball but it doesnt protect the tap very much  but your black thingy looks a good idea  .

sorry Bod i cant really help u with that  as it all came with it as new 
but i can tell u it does work very well  . i didnt think it would but it did.
i got all my gear form Crystal pure. hope that helps Bod
