i think groundhogs just trying to wind us all up for the fun of it!there just no way you can go round cleaning custys windows like u do in the vid!it really is laughable. ;D ;D

maybe if the custy wasnt in and you was bursting for a tom tit and wanted to get off to the nearest toilet!but if the custys in when you clean and you knocked on after 5 mins you would soon get the sack!

its another case of a arrogant braggart(just like the guys who say they can clean 15 houses an hour blah,blah....yawn!) or a wind up merchant! :P :P ;D ;D ;D

Well I've had enough, I had plenty of ideas for other vids etc to put on the forum. But your obviously not interested, so no more uploads from me, and I will delete the one I added.

I didn't manage to see Groundhogs vid but going back to peter fogwills vid.I dont believe this is a good technique to use when cleaning, even on a regular clean small dirt and dust particles will still be visible on the pane and a thorough rinse is required to make sure that all small particles are washed downwards and off the glass. With the random action used to scrub the glass in the first place,i doubt the whole area was covered sufficiently to agitate the dirt, and the lack of rinsing in a slower fashion then i can see problems arising on occassions. The other thing that appeals to me is giving a certain value for money to a customer. If i am right or wrong i dont know, but i charge a fair price to do a thorough job and that means convincing myself that the glass has been cleaned and rinsed properly and not just splashed so i can run to the next job.
By the way the comparison between rushing a window cleaning job and a superfit hod carrier is nonsense...the hod carrier didn't have to justify to the customer that the bricks were clean when the job was finished.

dont not put up vids because of a small number of people groundhog, they have something to learn from you, they just can't see it yet, I and I would guess loads of other readers (note reader) would want to see your vids.

your welcome to email me links to them if you dont want to post them on here.

dont let me stop you groundhog!what cant you handle a bit of criticism?i think your also too close to the window when your poling.youll get a bad neck like that!

running around with the pole your asking to trip up on hose or something!much better to work at a steady brisk measured pace than running round like an idiot!

again just my opinion! ;D ;D

best wishes

I cleaned my own house yesturday, Groundhog style, and it came up lovely.  No complaints from Wor Lass at all.

It still surprises me at how fast - common sense applying - you can work with WFP.

on regular maintenance cleans you should only
need minimal rinsing unless there has been something
a bit more extreme left on windows.

in fact on some of the newer builds i clean i scrub
the window then move the brush from left to right
at top of glass then move to next window.

never a problem ;)

how yah doing hoggy :) :)

I put about 5 vids on here a year or two ago, not sure if you was on here then. But it all started with my harris pole posts, and I put some vids on to show that a converted £15 harris pole could be used to clean windows just as well as some flash £500 plus pole!! It was also faster as it could be used clampless and could be thrown up to extend it and just dropped down in a fraction of a second to clean the ground floor windows! and I put up the vids to demonstrate this, and also show how to convert and add an extension to the pole. Anyway I ended up deleting them also as I was getting so many insults etc, I think the majority liked/appreciated them, but you always get a few who love to put you down  :(
