No, he looks like this:

I also wish the 'Bear' would get his own avatar; and not steal other members!

Members will start confusing us!

It also took a couple of weeks of e-mails to get my 'Mugu' to pose for that picture.  I promised him I definately would send the money transfer to Nigeria, once I was sure of his identity, and that the only way I could be sure was to have a photo of him holding up a plaquard 'pass-phrase' saying 'Clean it Up' (I told him it was my ice cream companies 'company motto'.

Bear, please change your avatar!

good on ya bear

Tell Stephen Hawking he wasn't working hard enough!!
You do know of Stephen Hawking?
Yeah, he's a top window cleaner.... ::)

I wasn't talking about other jobs, just slogging up and down ladders all day.

Besides which, how can Stephen Hawking be an example? He isn't overweight.

I've been slogging up and down ladders for 18 years, still doing it after a heart attack 2 +1/2 years ago, and heart disease...not caused by being unfit..Hereditary disease.
Calm down dear it's only a commercial!

Fair play to you.
All I said originally was that this job burns off weight. I never mentioned fitness.

Anyway, as you said..."calm down calm down eh eh!" (in best scouse accent) :D

I'm 63 next month 6ft 15 stone. I have had a bad neck lately and aching between the shoulder blades. A lot  people round here are complaining with exactly the same symtoms including my daughter, she's a senior1 physio and does acupunture for NHS patients. She swears by gloucosomine[ spelling]. I suffer from reactive athritus and have done for years. Some days I could hardly move, struggled on and usually not too bad by the third house. rest is not good for athritus, Keep moving. I did have an aching wrist but the wagtail appart from being an excellent bit of kit has cured it. Strange though, at least five people complaining of the neck and back ache thing. some stange things going around, I don't mean WC's either. DAI
