sounds to me your resin is shot, or you have put to much resin in vessal, water may not flowing over it all which would make it rise quickly.

have you changed any prefilters lately ? because if carbon is in your di it will kill it quick smart.

maybe i have put too much resin as i filled it too the brim.
had no idea how much to put into so forced it in.

Check you haven't broken it. If you have split the pipe you will get resin in the water

On the top of the housing where you screw the clear plastic cartridge in there should be a thin black o ring, is that there ?

well done marcus you was correct i had the black o rings in the right place spoke to james at xline and he told he that was wrong.
due to leaving my tds meter out in the rain with a huff that is not working now but the flow from the di is super fast now!
just hope the water is pure.
