You can't really see it, but the website and numbers are on the back. There is wording on the sides, in Bulgarian, so its hard to read and see from the photo

You should have seen the reaction on the streets. The Bulgarians had never seen anything quite like it!
The design took a few days, the paperwork weeks!
We had to travel 500 kms to have it approved by the chief of police, and if he decided he didn't like it it would have had to come off!
