help needed  100% wool  chinese rug to clean it states dry clean only ADVISE  PLEASE BY THE WAY I'M IN SWINDON  MANY THANKS IN ADVANCE

Simon,

There should not be a problem in cleaning a 100% wool rug subject to the usual tests.

The dry clean only tag is to stop Joe Public ruining it by using 1001 or putting it in the washing machine.
