Red Carpet

You don't say where you are in the u.k

Extracta Exel is o.k but quite dated , it's basically a 10 year old machine.

Give us a few more details and we can point you in the right direction.

Cheers,

Doug

The Exel is one of the few that has 7.2 inch motors rather than the piddly 5 inchers used by most these days, other than that they are as godd if not better than most portables. Also remember that these fibreglass bodys are better at temps ans are fully repairable in the event of any damage. go for it.

Who did you buy it off, Lee G ?, Dave Roelents, if its off Dave its one of my old machines.

The only mod I can think of was an improved higher pressure valve.
You could always re paint the cover and put new stickers on, then paint matt black all the peeling chrome bits, thats what they are like now anyway.

thanks for your reply glynn
i was actually just about to get one of lee but i found another fella by the name of keith oxley who actually lives in the same sort of area as lee selling for £100 i cant imagine i would get one any cheaper than that!

do you think its worth me taking it to extracta to get the better valve upgrade as im enrolled on one of there training courses soon and have to go there anyway or will it be fine as it is?

Hi,

Alltec jnc 10, M11 produce high quality machines

Woodbridge 15 mins from Harlow produce lower quality but cheaper machines , both good companies to deal with.

Red Carpet,
Whats your name ?

If your already going to Gatsehead, I'd let them check it over etc.
As far as I'm concerned the Extracta brand is better than the rest, and the after sales and parts/chemical delivery is the best in the industry , I doubt anyone would disagree with that.
