cleaning frames
« on: March 07, 2010, 01:47:00 am »
a guy asked me to clean his window frames and doors, i said 25 bucks (1 bedroomed terraced bungalow) 4 windows in all and 2 doors .he looks at me as if iv just took a dump on his doorstep but agrees anyway , surely that is a good price , any tips on pricing this type of work would be appreciated. iv been cleaning windows traditionally for 13 years ( on and off, full time last 3 years ),but have always knocked back this work before as it seems i can make more money cleaning windows

I did a house yesterday, frames and windows. 3 front, 3 back and a set of French doors...£40. So your £25 sounds about right to me.
