I wouldn't bother with step ladders, I would buy an 8ft A frame ladder. it will easily out last a step ladder

Hi all,What would be the best height for a step ladder for trad work?I am going to order a set of 3.5 mtr doubles tomorrow, & might get some steps whilst I am at it.Many thanks.

I went shopping today & got 1x 3.4 double extension & also 1x 8 ft pointer. I was going to get steps, but could not make me mind up on the best hat, lol.
