Alltec Customer Service
« on: July 07, 2005, 08:47:14 am »
Hi Guys and Girls

Had a big problem with one of my machines last week, so I contacted Chris from Alltec told him about the problems and there were many.

I was expecting to be told this is going to cost £££ etc but Chris told me that there is no charge and he also new how important it was for us to get our machine fixed and back to work asap.

I rang them at 5.20pm and the machine was picked up nexted morning taken away problems fixed and wilst it was there they change a few old bits for new etc and had it back to me with in two working days looking and working great!  ;D  ;D  ;D

This is not the first time Chris and Alltec have shown me great customer service and I would like to thank them for this  :D

Many Thanks Gavin

Excellent news that a supplier is offering this level of service.

Thanks for letting us know.

Last week I had a minor problem with my Steamway TM that was causing intermitent pressure. I phoned Chris at Alltec late in the afternoon, described the parts required and received them the following morning. At lunchtime, they called me to enquire if I had received the parts. Great service.

Placed my first order for a few chemicals from Alltec this week.  Needed delivery next day - no problem - p&p is still free because it's your first order.

Chems arrived the next day as promised.  Had a few technical queries after reading the application data.  Steve's busy on another line but rings back as soon as he can.

Day after I get a courtesy call to check I'm happy with the goods.

Brilliant Service.

Over the years I have had breakdowns on jobs and I have always found that nothing is too much trouble for Chris. It takes me an hour to drive to Fowlmere and Chris will drop everything as soon as I get there and will even work through his lunch to get me back to my customer asap.

What a gent he is!! Goodonya ;)

Although I've never actually bought anything from Alltec as yet, I have been there on an IICRC course.  I also spoke to Steve Saunders at length when I was first starting out and can only describe him as extremely helpful.

They do seem to get criticised at times as pushy etc (mainly because they sell the fastrack programme) but they have a good range of products and at the end of the day they are in business to make money.
