Once again a top notch service

ive had a pump box off them for about 10 months, today the pressure went , it went from 0 to about 30 in nasty spikes, so i really didnt have enough water to work

so i phoned them and they told me to check this and that and some more (which i had done B4 i phoned them)

so i got home and stripped the box down and checked the connections again, all seemed ok

i phone them again and 1 of the guys talked me though what to do

what finally sorted it out was "back washing the pump" connect a hose pipe with mains water on 1 end the the other end on the OUTGOING connection of the pump box, turn the tap on and its now ok

once agian a service that is A1
