ROUND FOR SALE IN ST HELENS AREA (UPDATED)
« on: February 28, 2010, 03:55:35 pm »
Hi,

I am selling my round of which I do part time as my main business is in Motor & Finance.

About Me:
I used to have a large business consisting of residential and commercial useing wfp and trad methods with 6 lads working for me of which I divided up and sold the business - so I know what I am on about (Well I think so)
I started this round from scratch about 6 month ago to get me buy whilst I was waiting for a new Credit Licence which will be here shortly so therefor it is to be sold.
(I have now noticed it is harder to get the business now compared to a few years ago)

The round consists of Mainly Semis all good priced for the area, cleaned fortnightly using the traditional method although could be converted to WFP and takes £1100 Per Month.

the round takes me (1 Person) 10 hrs per week.

I am looking for £6,000 ONO but I will not give it away as the work is like I say hard now to get and I can manage it with my current business but would prefer to sell it.

Would suit a new person to window cleaning, or someone with a job who needs to suppliment their income or simply someone who wants to add on to their business.

Loads of scope to get more work on the round but I have other commitments so I have no interest in growing it but would be great for someone who is commited to this and wants to grow this business and get more income.

Summer is comming up so this is a great oppertunity to start/add on to your business.

You can contact me  on email: wrightcraigw@blueyonder.co.uk

Thanks

Craig

Hi mate,
Hows it going?
I packed in in 2007 really but started again last year with a view to subsidise my current income untill I get my new finance licence so it wont be long now until I get it so I thought I would advertise it.  Its good work and earns about £25.00 per hour so it will be good for someone to grow.

Hi Ron,

Im glad you're happy with it as I never had a doubt - I really value the work I had and if I wasn't getting out the industry I would not have parted with it as the work as you know is very good and has loads of potential s you have found out.  I'm made up to hear of something positive as with the current financial climate people just grumble.
Good luck with it Ron I hope you get more
