Just about - might be a bit of a stretch on ground that falls away from the property and on old georgian/victorian 3 storey jobs.
It's a game of three halves!

What size pole would be good to buy for third storey?  30ft or longer? All my work is residential . I have a  17ft which does all my round but ive put in some quotes for third storey flats,

If you can reach two floors with a 17' pole, then another floor will only be about 10 feet higher so unless you have to reach over extensions or conservatories a 26' pole should be enough
